Job description
We are looking for a Parts Clerk / Deliverer for its Longueuil dealership.
The Parts Clerk is responsible for greeting customers at the counter, answering the phone, looking for the parts requested by the customers, informing them of their cost and availability and delivering the parts. The incumbent must do the billing, establish the way of picking up the parts and receive the payment. The candidate must provide excellent customer service at all times.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Providing high quality customer service on the phone and at the counter;
- Ensuring that customers are served quickly;
- Communicating with customers when needed to resolve their issues as quickly as possible;
- Having knowledge of the computer system Serti (an asset).
