Job description
ACCOUNTING CLERK wanted for a permanent, full-time position.
We are looking for someone to fill a diversified accounting position.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Participate with the accounting team in bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, verification of general ledger and subsidiary accounts;
- Participate in the month-end process;
- Prepare deposits;
- Perform invoice data entry;
- Monitor accounts receivable.
Primary duties are listed above, but the incumbent may be assigned to other duties.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in automotive accounting (an asset);
- 1 to 3 years of experience;
- Excellent computer skills, Serti software (a considerable asset);
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously;
- Resourcefulness, discretion and autonomy.
