We work with 19 financial institutions, offer regular and specialized credit with different personalized financing plans, and on-site registration services.

Main responsibility:

- Asking the right questions and listening to customers' needs;
- Collect credit information and analyze files;
- Propose the right auto loan to fit the customer's budget;
- Work collaboratively and maintain constant communication with customers and lenders;
- Ensure compliance of files, according to laws and procedures in place;
- Work closely with the sales representative

Job requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager in the pre-owned vehicles industry;
- Proven experience in managing specialized credit files (2nd and 3rd);
- Exceptional customer service;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Be well structured, rigorous, consistent, motivated and dynamic.

Software:

Knowledge of Activix, Dealertrack and Lautopak will be considered an asset.

- A highly stimulating compensation plan based on results and performance;
- A flexible and competitive schedule (day, evening until 8 p.m., Saturday 1 out of 2 and we close at 3 p.m.);
