Job description
The person will be responsible for the accounting and financial operations of two dealerships and will work closely with the Group's Controller General.
Main duties:
- Perform full accounting cycle, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and subsidiary account verification;
- Issue government remittances
- Produce monthly financial statements and financial performance analysis;
- Develop control systems for efficient operation of the business;
- Reconcile accounts;
- Process payroll;
- Prepare year-end file for external auditors;
- Support the team in day-to-day operations;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements:
- University degree in accounting or DEC in administrative techniques with significant experience, professional designation (a considerable asset);
- Demonstrate leadership and ability to question work methods and processes;
- Excellent command of Excel;
- Good knowledge of automotive computer systems, ideally Serti.
- Good organizational skills, structured and rigorous;
- Proactive, determined and ethical;
