A leader in the automotive field and recipient of numerous awards, our La Pérade Ford dealership is growing rapidly and is currently recruiting for the following position: Delivery Agent / Social Media Management

Job description:

As a Delivery Attendant and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for two key aspects of our dealership:

1. Vehicle Delivery:

- Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are clean and ready for customers;
- Greeting customers on delivery, providing detailed explanations of how their vehicle works, and answering any questions they may have;
- Ensure an exceptional delivery experience, making sure customers feel confident and satisfied with their purchase;
- Carry out Fordpass customer registration, ensure that the after-sales follow-up call is made with the customer, and the CSI explanation to customers, also encouraging them to write a review for us on Google;
- Assist the CFO in the preparation of documents.

2. Social media management:

- Create and publish attractive and engaging content on our social media platforms, highlighting our products, services and promotions;
- Respond to customer comments and messages in a professional and timely manner, ensuring we maintain a positive image of our dealership;
- Monitor social media trends and propose innovative ideas to increase our online presence and engagement with our community;
- Manage the new vehicle inventory on the website.

Job requirements:

- Computer skills;
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively;
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member;
- Fluency in oral and written French.
