Service Secretary

We're a family business with two dealerships, Kia Joliette and Joliette Dodge. Being a family business, we understand family issues and have a very understanding team.

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile secretary to join our team in the automotive dealership department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and professional administrative support, contributing to the smooth running of the dealership and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and handle telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner;
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments with service team members;
- Promote the services recommended to the customer by the manufacturer;
- Process administrative documents related to vehicle maintenance;
- Follow up vehicles with advisors and update progress for customer follow-up;
- Ensure an impeccable CSI experience;
- Comply with internal dealership standards and procedures and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive sector;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Proficiency in computer tools and administrative management software;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
