Parts Clerk

We're looking for a Parts Clerk who wants to offer our customers outstanding service.

Duties:

- Receive parts orders;
- Prepare parts shipments;
- Sell and invoice parts over the counter or by telephone;
- Keep the parts department clean and tidy;
- Deliver parts to wholesale customers as required;
- Perform other duties as required by the department.

Requirements:

- Valid driver's licence;
- 1 year of experience as a Parts Clerk in the automotive or heavy vehicle field;
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics (ability to identify mechanical parts) - mandatory;
- Excellent attitude with the public and a concern for customer service;
- Knowledge of the SERTI system - a strong asset (training will be provided).
