Job description
Our independent service center is looking for a Service Manager who is able to manage a team effectively to complement our team within the automotive service department.
You must be an excellent communicator and motivator, in addition to demonstrating professionalism.
The Service Manager's duties include, among others:
- Setting the department's objectives and ensuring follow-ups;
- Ensuring that you offer outstanding customer service and maximizing your visibility in order to solicit new customers;
- Knowing and applying the terms and conditions of warranties and policies;
- Maintaining a high-quality repair service and reducing workshop returns;
- Handling our customers' complaints as quickly as possible;
- Managing sensitive situations with professionalism;
- Ensuring the employees' performance through appropriate reporting;
- Performing any other duties required for this position.

The incumbent will be required to:
- Have good mechanical and computer skills and relevant experience as a Manager;
- Have experience in managing employees;
- Possess a driver's licence valid in Quebec;
- Be bilingual, both orally and in writing (an asset).
