Service Advisor

Our large dealership on the South Shore of Montreal is currently looking for a Service Advisor to join its after-sales service team.

Summary of the position:

The incumbent greets customers, gathers the necessary information to identify and define their needs in terms of repairs and maintenance for their vehicle, suggests products and services required according to the vehicle's age, mileage and general condition, generates repair and maintenance estimates, opens work orders, carries out rigorous follow-ups of the work in progress and issues invoices, all while ensuring superior customer service.

Desired profile:

- Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership;
- Good computer skills (SERTI, an asset);
- Bilingualism (an asset);
- Autonomous and professional;
- Structured and organized;
- Disciplined and rigorous;
- Very focused on providing superior customer service.
