Our branch is looking for a Parts Clerk!
Work schedule:
- Full-time;
- Permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Sell auto parts at the counter, through the shop or by phone;
- Advise customers;
- Provide high quality service to internal and external customers;
- Inform customers about accessory parts and discounts;
- Inform customers about the full range of products on offer;
- Answer telephone calls;
- Solicit regular customers by telephone.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive field;
- Knowledge of the CDK system;
- Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, to meet the needs of our English and French-speaking customers;
- Excellent customer service;
- Resourcefulness.
