Workshop Mmanager

WORKSHOP LEADER position in Lachine with a SCHEDULE from Monday-Thursday (4 days per week, for a total of 36 hours).

In concrete terms, what will your days be like as a Workshop Mmanager?

You'll be in charge of the day-to-day running of the workshop, and will be responsible for:

- Allocating work to the team of technicians;
- Monitoring work in progress and checking the quality of repairs;
- Open and close work orders;
- Support, motivate and coach employees under your supervision;
- Manage inventory;
- Carry out any other related tasks required for the smooth running of operations.

- Eager to provide excellent service.

Job requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Chief Mechanic or in a similar position;
- Experience in team management;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Valid driver's licence (class 5) and good driving record.
