You will be responsible for the after-sales service team and the parts department.
Tasks related to the position:
- Set and monitor department objectives;
- Ensure outstanding customer service and maximize visibility to attract new customers;
- Know and apply the terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranties and policies;
- Maintain a customer satisfaction system for after-sales service;
- Maintain a high quality repair service and reduce returns to the workshop;
- Handle customer complaints promptly as directed by senior management;
- Perform any other related duties.
Relevant experience in this position is required.
