Finance & Insurance Manager

We are looking for experienced candidates to fill a Financial & Insurance Manager position in a high end luxury automotive dealership located on the island of Montreal.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Greeting and serving clients with professionalism;
- Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with financial institutions:
- Working closely with various financial institutions for customer financing;
- Explaining in detail the various insurances, protections, warranties and products;
- Selling to vehicle buyers, financing and insurance programs, various protections / warranties and aftermarket products;
- Following the delivery process jointly with the Sales Representative;
- Preparing all delivery documents;
- Carrying out any other task in relation to the position.

Required skills and qualities:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager;
- Good knowledge of financing and insurance products related to the purchase of a vehicle;
- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Skilled in sales and customer service;
- Good interpersonal skills and professional attitude;
- Dynamic, autonomous and good sense of organization;
- Bilingual in French and in English;
- Respectful of the company’s procedures and standards.
