Parts Clerk

Saint-Jérôme Mitsubishi is looking for a Parts Clerk with solid experience!

Saint-Jérôme Mitsubishi, which has been open for over 10 years, is part of a group of dealerships. This gives us access to high technology and specialized resources such as:

- Human resources department;
- Telephone center;
- Warranty Claims Specialist;
- Senior Accountant;
- It also allows us to compare performance on a regular basis with other dealerships of the same brand.

Requirements:

- Communicate with customers on the status of their parts;
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner;
- Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when searching for parts;
- Answer telephone calls, provide quotations and other information;
- Review body shop quotations to ensure that parts ordered are correct and that all prices are as quoted;
- Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers;
- Draw and fill orders from stock;
- Perform weekly bin checks to ensure stock accuracy;
- Find out-of-stock parts from external sources and submit emergency order, if necessary;
- Ensure that all internal parts requests are invoiced on the repair order;
- Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization;
- Prepare orders for shipping, delivery or daily pickup.

Qualifications:

- Experience with Mitsubishi and Serti (an asset);
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in the parts department;
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals;
- Valid driving licence.
