Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Vehicles Delivery Coordinator to join our team in the Laurentians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each vehicle is prepared and delivered to customers with the utmost care, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are clean, functional and up to dealership standards;
- Perform final inspection of vehicles prior to delivery;
- Welcome customers and introduce them to the features and benefits of their new vehicle;
- Manage delivery documents and ensure that all necessary signatures are obtained;
- Sell additional financial products;
- Answer customers' questions about their vehicle and help them familiarize themselves with on-board technologies;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely delivery of vehicles;
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers before and after delivery;
- Discount records according to dealership standards.

Qualifications:

- Experience in sales;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Organized and good with numbers.
