Automotive Financial & Insurance Manager

Christin Chevrolet Buick GMC has been a GM dealership in Montreal's east end for 67 years.

This spring, our sales team is looking for an Automotive Financial & Insurance Manager for new and pre-owned vehicles, to complement its trio of Automotive Financial & Insurance Managers.

The candidate must be focused on customer service and achieving high-level objectives.

The desired candidate must be autonomous, proactive, have initiative, offer a positive and professional attitude, be a high performer and have a desire to take on new challenges.

Bilingual, the desired candidate has strong interpersonal skills, and knows how to demonstrate courtesy and interpersonal skills at all times. He or she strives for excellence, and has solid skills in financing, life insurance, health insurance and other automotive-related products.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Financial & Insurance Manager;
- Mastery of all legal and financial aspects;
- Experience in a North American dealership;
- Excellent computer skills (Reynold's & Reynold's Era Ignite);
- Fluently bilingual, spoken and written;
- Honest, professional, structured and courteous;
- Excellent references and demonstrated customer service skills;
- Ease and interest in working in an automotive sales team;
- Willingness to take on new challenges.
