Service Advisor

Job duties:

- Greet customers;
- Inspect vehicles upon arrival;
- Open repair orders;
- Suggest vehicle repairs and maintenance services;
- Follow-up on work performed;
- Invoicing and explaining costs.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience;
- Knowledge of CDK software (an asset);
- Positive attitude;
- Organizational skills;
- Increased follow-up of repair orders;
- Bilingualism (an asset).
