Assistant Sales Manager

Your main responsibility will be to guide your sales team towards achieving the department's objectives. You'll have to train them, coach them, motivate them and push them to excel, while performing certain tasks related to product marketing and ensuring impeccable customer service.

Here's the profile we're looking for:

- Relevant experience in a similar position;
- Strong ability to close sales;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Comfortable with sales software (CRM);
- Bilingual;
- Organized and dynamic.
