We are currently looking for a Greeter, a customer service pro!

Job duties:

- Greet guests in the service area (drive-thru) and direct them to the appropriate advisor and/or department;
- Offer beverages and prepare them while advisors take care of the customer;
- Follow-up and remind customers when the car is ready;
- Coordinate shuttle service;
- Follow-up in less busy times;
- Answer phones when advisors are with customers;
- Perform other related tasks.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience;
- Perfect bilingualism;
- Neat presentation;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills.
