Delivery Coordinator

We're looking for a Delivery Agent (new and pre-owned).

Job summary:

The candidate will be responsible for the delivery of new and used cars. To do so, he/she must be familiar with bank legal documents and be comfortable in a customer service position.

Slight sales experience would be an asset, as the candidate will have to follow up customers on the protections offered by the sales manager with one at the time of delivery .

Related tasks:

- Supervise the preparation for delivery of all vehicles sold;
- Coordinate delivery of vehicles to customers;
- Register vehicles using the SAAQclic system;
- Relaying offered coverages (above-average compensation);
- Vehicle explanation;
- After-sales follow-ups;
- Coordinate follow-ups with subcontractors;
- Other related tasks.

Possibility of advancement!

You must have a valid driver's licence, and computer and Web skills are an asset.
