Service Advisor

Rimar Volkswagen, a respected automotive dealership on the Island of Montreal, is currently looking for an experienced candidate to fill a Service Advisor position within its dynamic and seasoned after-sales team.

The schedule will be from Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Fridays, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Position summary:

The incumbent greets clients and collects the required information to identify and define their needs for automotive repairs and maintenance. The candidate opens the repair orders, provides an estimate of the repairs' costs, clearly explains the work to be done, carries out follow-ups, closes repair orders for invoicing and establishes a relationship of trust while demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

We have just completed a new building, with a drive through for customers, so it's much easier for our employees!

Required profile:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience within a dealership (REQUIRED);
- Good computer skills (required);
- Bilingualism (required);
- Good knowledge of mechanics (required);
- Strong sales skills (required);
- Organized, punctual and professional work ethics;
- Focused on exceptional customer service.
