Service Advisor

MAZDA Gabriel ANJOU is looking for a motivated candidate with experience to fill a Service Advisor position within our after-sales service team.

The candidate will act as a link between customers and the mechanical workshop, and will perform the following tasks:

- Greet customers;
- Generate repair and maintenance estimates;
- Suggest products and services required according to vehicle age, mileage and general condition, including those recommended by the manufacturer;
- Open work orders;
- Carry out rigorous follow-up of work in progress and customer files;
- Issue invoices;
- Perform after-sales service assistance tasks.

Requirements:

- Sales skills to suggest maintenance as well as additional work relevant to the safety and good condition of the vehicle;
- Knowledge of Serti software;
- Focused on providing superior customer service (CSI).
