Job description
Blainville Ford is looking for an Accounting / Payroll Technician to join our dynamic team!
Main duties:
- Handling telephone calls;
- Payroll management;
- Management of vehicle orders (documentation);
- Vehicle purchasing;
- Support to accounting clerk (receivables/payables);
- Other related tasks.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience;
- Good command of Excel, Word, Outlook;
- Knowledge of accounting software;
- Good command of French and functional English;
- Versatile, rigorous, meticulous, organized and discreet;
- Good team spirit, positive attitude, good listening skills and good stress management.
Assets:
- Knowledge of CDK Drive and OneEighty accounting systems;
- Knowledge of Payworks payroll system.

Training
Diploma of Collegial Studies in Accounting or related or DVS in accounting.
