Senior Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant Manager (1 position)

We are a high volume pre-owned vehicles dealership looking for a Senior Sales Consultant / Assistant Sales Manager to fill a combined position.

We are expanding and we are looking for a dynamic and determined candidate who will join our team!

You will have to deal with your own sales. The incumbent will primarily perform Sales Consultant duties and will have some as Assistant Sales Manager responsibilities such as meeting with the Consultant’s clients ("T.O./take over") and providing training and management to Consultants.

Selection criteria:

The successful candidate must have experience in automotive sales and have negotiation and closing sales skills. The incumbent must demonstrate good leadership and ease with human relations. The jobholder must also have a dedicated attitude towards the clientele, be determined, dynamic and autonomous.
