Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets;
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales consultants to maximize their performance and professional development;
- Ensure effective inventory management in coordination with the sales and purchasing departments;
- Maintain high standards of customer service at every stage of the sales process;
- Analyze local market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly;
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational processes and improve overall dealership efficiency.

Requirements:

- Proven sales management experience in the automotive sector, with experience as a Sales Manager;
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service;
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and coach a high-performing team;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Results-oriented, with a strategic and analytical approach to sales.
