Claims Officer

Fortier Ford is looking for a Claims Agent.

The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support to the service department.

Main duties:

- Be responsible for the warranty billing process;
- Prepare warranty claims and submit claims on time;
- Follow up on work-in-progress (WIP) files according to company standards.

Job requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience with the Serti system;
- Bilingual.

Work schedule:

- Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday, 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m;
- Flexible schedule (possibility of telecommuting).
