Job description

The Sales Consultant is a key member of our team. This person is responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional experience throughout the vehicle purchasing process. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for identifying customer needs, advising them on the various models and options available, and guiding them through the sales process.

Are you able to identify a customer's needs in a matter of minutes, thanks to your exceptional listening skills and your in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry? Whether leasing or buying, you take pleasure in finding the ideal vehicle while respecting the manufacturer's programs. Driven by the sacred fire of negotiation, you know exactly when to stop and turn that potential customer into a satisfied one?

What you'll do:

- Roll out the red carpet. The advisor is the face of the company. Customers need to see you before they even get to the reception desk;
- Answer financial questions about selling or leasing;
- Accompany customers through the process of buying or leasing a new or used vehicle;
- Take customers on test drives;
- Estimate and negotiate prices with sensitivity;
- Offer a pleasant buying experience!
- Manage and close the sale and ensure smooth liaison with the service department;
- Follow up with current and potential customers;
- Keep abreast of new products, innovations and changes in the industry;
- Participate in promotional events (dealership or industry);
- Manage work schedule well.
