We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Service team. Under the supervision of the service manager, the technical advisor will join our dynamic team already made up of two technical advisors and a reminder attendant.

The ideal candidate profile includes the following:
- At least two years of experience in a similar position in a car dealership;
- Strong sales skills;
- Solid mechanical knowledge;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with organization;
- Ability to prioritize and follow procedures rigorously;
- Advanced computer skills, preferably with knowledge of SDS (Serti) software;
- Punctuality and commitment to work.
Job description and responsibilities:
The Service Advisor greets customers, gathers the necessary details to assess vehicle repair and maintenance needs. He/she proposes and sells maintenance services, while ensuring follow-up work and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Greet and advise customers on maintenance requirements;
- Schedule appointments and sell required services;
- Prepare accurate estimates;
- Monitor work progress and communicate with customers on any changes;
- Finalize and verify repair orders according to established procedures.
