Service Advisor

Our dealership is looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and the automotive industry to join our service team as a Service Advisor!

Tasks related to the position:

- Greeting customers in the service department;
- Obtaining all necessary information to identify and suggest required repairs and/or maintenance work on the vehicle;
- Writing repair orders and organizing the work schedule;
- Following-up on the work in progress and keeping clients informed of the status;
- Maintaining good relationships with both customers and the team and understanding the art of building customer loyalty;
- Carrying out other related duties.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar role;
- Focused on customer service and results;
- Good listening skills;
- Able to work with different computer systems;
- Good team player.
