Vehicles Delivery Coordinator

Boisvert Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a new Vehicles Delivery Coordinator. We offer a Monday to Friday schedule with some evenings until 8pm.

Description:

- Greet customers during delivery;
- Ensure an exceptional delivery experience, making sure customers feel confident and satisfied with their purchase;
- Preparation of documents and explanation with the customer, including explanations and document signatures;
- Ensure vehicle is ready for delivery (cleanliness, owner's manual, etc.);
- Coordinate delivery, collect money due upon delivery;
- Carry out delivery, explain all vehicle features to the customer, including manufacturer's warranty, dealership services, customer satisfaction survey;
- Deal promptly with customer problems or complaints, immediately informing the Sales Manager;
- Support sales managers when required;
- Perform other duties as required.
