Job description
We are looking for a Service Advisor to perform the following tasks:
- Work directly with customers and technicians to ensure that there is ongoing communication and effective operations within the service department;
- Work under timelines without compromising quality of work;
- Handle all customer service related questions and concerns with a genuine intent to advise and help solve their problem;
- Build strong rapport with customers and create a customer base through effective contact methods that make sense for the customer, including inbound and outbound telephone calls;
- Considerate of the customer experience, willing to consistently commit to following through with prospecting calls and follow-up with customers within specific time frames;
- Work with KPI’s to determine areas of high and low performance and interest in continuous personal and professional growth.
