We are looking for an Assistant Service Manager.

The mandate:

On a daily basis, the incumbent will ensure the profitability of the shop, supervise Appointment Coordinators, assist and support Service Advisors, as well as create and maintain harmonious relationships with customers in order to build loyalty to the dealership. In addition, the Assistant Manager will be asked to perform administrative duties related to the department.

Are you a customer service whiz, a great motivator, a team player, do you like to do promotions and marketing? You are the perfect candidate.

Requirements:

- Bilingual;
- Strong commitment to customer service;
- Problem solving skills;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
- Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds (an asset).
