Versatile Warehouse Clerk

St-Basile Toyota, a dealership recognized and appreciated by its many customers and employees, is currently looking for a Parts Clerk.

Position summary:

The incumbent will respond to customer requests for parts handling, accessories, automotive maintenance and repair, in addition to scheduling appointments, issuing invoices and following up by phone. The candidate will be expected to be versatile, helping in the shop, helping with esthetics, driving home! Under the supervision of the supervisor, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for handling parts inventory and internal logistics support.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the daily cleanliness of the parts department;
- Receive and track daily parts orders;
- Support internal logistical needs, including providing continuous supply to technicians;
- Actively contribute to stock control and regular inventory;
- Strictly comply with safety instructions and established procedures.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role (an asset);
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics is a major asset;
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player;
- Good physical condition to perform manual tasks and handle heavy parts;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Flexibility to meet the company's varied and sometimes urgent needs;
- Thorough knowledge of safety standards and their practical application.
