Job description
Honda Ile-Perrot, member of Groupe Autoforce is looking for a Service Manager / Fixed Operations Manager.

We are looking for:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the after-sales service department
- General automotive/mechanical knowledge
- Knowledge of automotive warranty guidelines
- Exceptional leadership skills and strong team spirit
- Good sales, communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate with a bilingual clientele (French and English)
- Proficiency in computerized systems
- Experience as a Service Manager or Fixed Operations Manager, an asset
Main responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, motivate and ensure the effectiveness of the service and parts team including technicians, technical advisors and follow-up agents and parts clerks.
- Implement strategies to optimize service department processes, improve efficiency and customer experience
- Define and achieve monthly department objectives
- Optimize customer retention, profitability and cost control
- Track work orders and parts ordered for internal and external customers
- Ensure quality customer service and effectively manage complaints.
