- Salary up to $80,000 per year depending on performance;

Job summary:

The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers and identifying their car repair and maintenance needs.

Duties:

- Open work orders;
- Suggest preventive maintenance recommended by the manufacturer;
- Follow-up on work orders;
- Close repair orders.

Candidate:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a technical advisor;
- Good knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Strong sales skills;
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset).
