Parts Clerk

Our Hyundai de Sorel dealership is looking for a qualified Parts Clerk to grow our team.

- Full-time (40 hours per week) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Friday;

Main responsibilities:

- Handle requests from mechanics;
- Deal efficiently with orders, parts requests and information received from customers either by telephone, internet or in person;
- Listen to customers' needs in order to suggest appropriate parts;
- Inform customers about specials or joint offers;
- Follow-up on products ordered, to ensure timely delivery;
- Take delivery of goods and verify conformity with the order (quantity and quality).

Profile:

- Highly organized;
- Self-starter;
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic;
- Relevant experience in the field;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (an asset).
