Main responsibilities:

- Reconcile cash registers and record daily deposits,
- Account for vehicle sales contracts,
- Transmit sales documents to financial institutions for disbursement,
- Make claims and follow up on sales programs,
- Make claims and follow up on electrical rebates,
- Prepare sales representatives' commissions,
- Account for used vehicle purchase invoices,
- Make warranty payments,
- Analyze and clean up inventory and receivables schedules,
- Prepare statistics for monthly financial statements,
- Prepare various accounting analyses as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Degree in accounting, finance or related field,
- Experience in accounting, specially for car sales,
- Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle and monthly closing processes,
- Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel,
- Knowledge of SERTI software (asset),
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of team.
