We are looking for a candidate who has strong sales skills to fill a Service Advisor position within our dynamic team.

As part of the work, the candidate will act as a link between the customer and the mechanical workshop, and that, while focusing on performance (sales) as well as customer satisfaction. More specifically, the jobholder will:

- Greet customers;
- Generate repair and maintenance estimates;
- Offer products and services required by the vehicles' age, mileage and general condition;
- Schedule appointments according to availabilities;
- Open work orders;
- Issue billing.

Requirements:

- Experience required (minimum of 3 to 5 years);
- Management experience;
- Good mechanical knowledge;
- Good computer skills;
- Focused on sales results and achieving objectives.

This is a temporary position with the possibility of permanence!
