Shop Foreman

You have a passion for cars, for supervising a team and you like to take part in different mechanical activities, maintenance or experienced mechanic a few years from retirement. We are looking for Senior Mechanics who are PASSIONATE about workshop work and coaching.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate the work to be carried out in the workshop;
- Ensure the productivity of the auto center and the quality of the work performed;
- Work with the floor clerk to ensure that technicians have everything they need to carry out repairs;
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, as well as with occupational health and safety legislation;
- Encourage good working relationships and act as a motivator;
- Promote the use of winning practices to maximize operational efficiency.

Qualifications and skills:

- Expertise in automotive mechanics with products or services;
- Ability to identify, take ownership of and solve problems;
- Ability to build relationships to facilitate problem solving;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability and interest in teamwork;
- Experience as a shop foreman or automotive technician (5 years);
- Professional and motivated;
- Punctual and diligent.
