Thanks to strong growth, Alix Toyota, in business and passionate about the Toyota brand since 1968, is the oldest Toyota dealership in Montreal and is looking to hire a Renewal Agent who, using experience and talent, will contribute to the company's ongoing success by offering quality service worthy of the industry's highest standards.
Job summary:
The incumbent manages and maintains the clients list that are at the end of their lease or approaching the end of their lease. The candidate contacts clients by phone in order to generate an appointment with the renewal department. Then, the jobholder keeps up to date with current rates, lease terms and promotions in order to keep customers informed and generate interest in these benefits.
The successful candidate must be bilingual, possess communication skills and be computer literate. In addition, this person must be comfortable dealing with a diversified clientele. Experience in customer follow-ups and/or retention is an asset.
We offer:
- A schedule from Monday to Saturday (20 to 35 hours per week) according to the dealership's traffic;
- Training upon hiring.
