Are you resourceful, detail-oriented and passionate about mechanics? Our dealership is currently looking for a Service Advisor to help our team grow!

Job summary:

The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers and identifying their repair and maintenance needs.

Duties:

- Open work orders;
- Suggest preventive maintenance recommended by the manufacturer;
- Follow up on work orders;
- Close repair orders.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor;
- Good knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Strong sales skills;
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset).
