Experienced Parts Clerk

Chartrand Ford, a major wholesale and commercial dealership, is looking for a Parts Clerk.

We're looking for a candidate with a logical mind, good customer relations skills and a good sense of organization and priorities. Experience in the automotive field is required, and knowledge of CDK software and/or Ford products are considerable assets.

The position is for a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (subject to change).

Main responsibilities:

- Support team members technically or during problem cases;
- Collaborate with the Parts Manager to maintain inventory;
- Communicate with customers for parts sales (phone, email and in person);
- Research and identify parts on various supplier platforms, contact vendors to obtain price quotations, etc;
- Follow up with customers on orders and deliveries;
- Develop new customers and contribute to the development of parts sales in target markets;
- Participate in the improvement of departmental processes;
- Assist in the search for parts for the workshop.
