Pre-Owned Sales Administrator

Volkswagen of Newmarket is looking for a Pre-Owned Sales Administrator to join their team. You will use your stellar organizational skills to ensure that the paperwork, delivery and other activities regarding the sale of the vehicle have been initiated or completed.

Here's What You'll be Doing: 

 

  • Manage vehicle contracts once initiated by Brand Ambassador/Specialists.


 

  • Pre stock in pre-owned units that are going to land in inventory
  • Payoff off loans through VW hub once traded in
  • Ensure pre-owned units are front line ready for photos
  • Work alongside the internal service coordinator to ensure pre-owned units are flowing through the shop
  • Prepare wholesale files and bills of sale


 

  • Performs other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.


Skills and Qualifications 

 

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a comparable role is required


 

  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.


 

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.


 

  • Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends) based on retail hours of operation.


 

  • Experience with licensing, CDK and 180 is an asset.
