Groupe Gabriel, a recognized leader in the automotive industry, is looking for an Automotive Parts Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a professional with a passion for the automotive industry and excellent inventory management and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage automotive parts inventory, including receiving, warehousing and distribution;
- Ensure efficient management of orders and supplies;
- Supervise and train a team of technicians and sales personnel;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers;
- Analyze sales trends and customer needs to optimize stock levels;
- Resolve problems and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in automotive parts management;
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and parts management software;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively;
- Leadership and team management skills;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
