Lallier Kia Vimont, a member of Groupe Lallier, is currently seeking a Follow-Up Representative for our service department.
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
• Following up with customers to schedule appointments for manufacturer-recommended maintenance or to promote special offers.
• Answering customer calls and following up on Internet inquiries for the service department.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Making a high volume of calls each day.
• Conducting post-sale follow-up calls within 24 hours to ensure customer satisfaction and to schedule the first maintenance appointment.
• Building and maintaining a business relationship and trust with customers.
• Performing other related tasks.

• Base salary of $20 per hour + commission. This allows you to reach an annual compensation of $48,840 (or more, depending on your performance).
