Our AWIN Head Office is looking for a part-time dynamic Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our amazing team!

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant assists the Human Resources department with ongoing administration and specific projects. 

Core Accountabilities
 

  • Request references from applicants present or past employers.
  • Conduct Reference checks for potential candidates.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews as necessary for the Human Resources Team and Management team.
  • Coordinate weekly new hire orientation and online training.
  • Update Human Resources Information Systems


Requirements
 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • University Degree or College Diploma related to Human Resources Management, CHRL in progress
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel
  • Professional appearance & friendly disposition
