Today, Groupe Losier, now the owner of 4 Mitsubishi dealerships and several recreational vehicle and used car dealerships, has a bright future ahead. As a result, we are constantly looking for new talent to add to our teams.

Here’s the DESCRIPTION of your future TASKS:

The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in the financial and operational success of a car dealership. The tasks awaiting you include:
    • Customer Reception: Greeting each customer with enthusiasm and proactiveness
    • Assessing Customer Needs: Identifying specific customer needs, including their budget, model preferences, and features
    • Vehicle Presentation: Explaining the features, options, and benefits of the different vehicle models available, arranging test drives for customers to experience the cars
    • Advice and Recommendations: Providing personalized advice to help customers choose the vehicle that best meets their needs
    • Price Negotiation: Discussing and negotiating prices with customers, taking into account discounts, promotions, and trade-ins
    • Sales Documentation Management: Preparing and managing the paperwork related to sales
    • Post-Sale Follow-Up: Ensuring follow-up with customers after the purchase to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty, potentially offering additional services or updates
    • Product Knowledge: Staying informed about new models, technical specifications
    • Achieving Sales Targets: Working to meet the sales goals set by management
    • Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members
