Assistant Sales Manager

Our company is looking for an Assistant Sales and Financing Manager to join our team. With sales constantly on the rise, we're looking for someone dynamic and passionate to lend a hand to the management team!

Job requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive financing;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business management;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales;
- Knowledge and experience with CRM software;
- Bilingualism.

Tasks are listed below:

- Achieve set objectives;
- Maintain and update sales performance;
- Ensure that Sales Consultants follow up on each opportunity;
- Ensure CRM follow-up;
- Assist sales consultants in closing take-over transactions;
- Participate in sales and financing advisor training;
- Approve transactions;
- Keep abreast of new products, programs and current promotions from warranty companies, insurance companies and/or financial institutions;
- Support sales during busy periods;
- Perform other tasks as required and as directed by management;
- Ensure that each transaction is as profitable as possible.
