Body Shop Manager / Estimator

We're looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager for our production center at 47 Rue du Commerce in the Saint-Lin industrial park.

It's a great challenge: motivating!

Duties:

- Estimate non-bodyable vehicles;
- Manage employees in two body shops;
- Follow-up of shop files;
- Coordination of vehicles in the shop;
- Distribution of work to employees;
- Control of work during and upon completion;
- Control of repair surcharges;
- Parts ordering and follow-up;
- Explanations and assistance in understanding shop estimates.

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of estimating as well as a positive attitude, while working closely with employees.
