Service Advisor

Hamel Hyundai, part of Groupe Hamel, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor.

The candidate must be a team player, have good sales skills and prioritize customer service and hospitality.

Job duties:

- Greet customers;
- Make suggestions for recommended work and maintenance;
- Follow-up on work;
- Perform billing and explain final costs;
- Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience;
- Positive attitude;
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset).
